In this hands-on role you will assist customers at the counter, take orders over the phone, receive freight, stock inventory, pull orders, and prepare deliveries while ensuring responsive service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to assist customers with parts selections and ordering.
• Familiarity with parts catalogs, interchange info, and computer systems.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate orders and part identification.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers to identify the correct parts.
• Identify and locate parts using catalogs and systems.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions about parts, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Source non-stocked parts when needed and process special orders.
• Develop knowledge of product lines to make recommendations.
