Wyoming Machinery Company in Casper, WY is seeking a Parts Counter Advisor to support internal and external parts sales through customer service in person, by phone, and online.

You will research customer requests, provide quotes, process orders, and coordinate with service staff to ensure timely delivery of parts. The role covers front desk duties and occasional warehouse tasks.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Proficient in desktop computing, including Microsoft Office.
• Some knowledge of database applications.
• Ability to work with co-workers and customers in a professional manner and develop/maintain business relationships.
• Files and completes paperwork.
• Must be able to use general office equipment including a calculator, multi-line phone system, and fax/copy/scanner/printer.

Responsabilités

• Research customer requests for parts and provide quotations.
• Process orders and coordinate with service personnel for timely delivery of parts.
• Direct incoming calls before and after regular business hours and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties including filing, telemarketing, inventory coordination and warehouse support.
