Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year working with parts.
• 1+ year administrative/clerical experience.
• 1+ year customer service experience and 1+ year sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process phone-in and walk-in customer requests for parts.
• Locate parts for customers across machines (CAT and others) using our parts system.
• Pull orders and prepare quotes and credits as needed.
• Maintain organized notes and accurate records for backorder workflows.
• Assist supervisor on projects and cover after-hours on-call duties.
