Job summary

PacWest Machinery in Pasco, WA is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to support parts counter sales and deliver high-level service to external customers and the service department. You will also serve as the branch coordinator and primary contact at this location, with responsibilities to open and close the branch and oversee parts handling.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, good communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of parts counter or customer service experience at a dealership for construction equipment (preferred), heavy truck, agriculture or auto industries.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Ability to balance priorities by multi-tasking and communicating with stakeholders.
• Forklift experience is desired, or have a willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Parts counter sales.
• High level of service to external customers and the company's service department.
• Facilitate the role of branch coordinator.
• Main contact at the location.
• Open/close the branch.
• Ensure the warehouse associate is receiving, shelving and packing parts based on standard routines.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
