Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accepts calls, emails, and counter orders; fills from stock.
• Researches replacement parts using manuals or listings.
• Discusses parts features and substitutions with customers.
• Prepares sales orders for invoicing and processes payments when needed.
• Participates in inventories and maintains accurate records.
• Support Parts Sales Specialists and assist at the back counter as needed.
• Promote sales and assist with order entry and replenishments.
