Job summary

James River Equipment in Raleigh, NC seeks a Parts Warehouse Associate to manage internal parts transfers, stock parts, and verify shipments. This role supports our John Deere dealership network and contributes to an efficient parts operation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance, with basic math skills and comfort using an RF scanner. Forklift certification is a plus and lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

A Day in the Life: Parts Warehouse Associate

• Process internal (inter‑company) parts transfer requests
• Stock parts in assigned locations in a timely manner
• Verify receiving and receipting‑in of parts shipments and machine down orders
• Monitor shortages and expedite processing through reporting to the warehouse supervisor
• Conduct daily cycle bin counts and maintain assigned warehouse area to stay neat, clean and organized

Need to Succeed

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance
• Attention to detail with basic math skills and recent computer use with experience with RF scanner a plus
• No fear of the forklift with the ability to become forklift certified and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
