Job description

Holt CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the US. We have a Parts Counter Sales Representative position available in Victoria, Texas. The hours are Mon-Fri, 7 AM - 5 PM, with rotating on-call after service.

Job Description:

This role involves communicating positively and efficiently with customers to enhance relations and process parts transactions accurately. Effective influence and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications:
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, with good phone and people skills.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience; parts store experience preferred.
  • GED or High School diploma required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • Proficient with computers; experience with parts management systems preferred.
  • Availability for hours 7 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday, with rotating on-call and weekend work as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent attendance and work performance, self-motivated, and prompt in task completion.
