Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of parts sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and inventory systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and multi-tasking.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts over the counter or by phone in a lively, fast-paced setting.
• Utilize resources to look up parts, check inventory, and locate stock within the TCI network.
• Handle transactions accurately and promptly, verifying signatures and payment details.
• Coordinate orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup and ensure quick processing.
• Process returns and issue credits with original purchase reference numbers.
• Regularly follow up with customers on order status and provide estimates.
• Enter part numbers accurately to determine costs on repair orders.
