Truck Centers, Inc. is hiring a Parts Counter Sales Representative for the 2nd shift. This role focuses on helping customers find the right truck parts, answering questions by phone or in person, and supporting fast turnover in a busy shop environment.

You’ll use our parts lookup and inventory systems, process transactions, and coordinate order fulfillment with the network. Strong communication and multitasking are essential; a pre-employment screen is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of parts sales experience.
• Thorough knowledge of basic computer operations and inventory control systems.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and a solution-focused outlook.
• Must participate in pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift or move up to 80 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts at the counter or over the phone in a fast-paced setting.
• Look up parts and tech info, check inventory, locate stock in the network.
• Complete sales transactions accurately, verify signatures and payment.
• Coordinate shipment, delivery, or pickup for orders.
• Process returns and issue credits with invoice references.
• Follow up with customers on order status and provide estimates.
• Enter part numbers accurately to determine costs on repair orders.
