Truck Centers, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to help customers find the commercial vehicle and equipment parts they need, in person or by phone.

You will sell parts, look up part numbers, check inventory, and process transactions while delivering friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications

• 2+ years of parts sales experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of computer operations and inventory control systems.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts over the counter or by phone in a fast-paced setting.
• Look up part numbers, check inventory, and locate stock within the TCI network.
• Process transactions accurately and verify signatures and customer details.
• Coordinate orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
• Issue credits for returns with purchase details.
• Follow up with customers on order status and provide estimates.
