Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the parts counter, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Process parts orders accurately and ensure parts are available for customers.
• Locate and secure parts from vendors for shop jobs.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and service technicians with parts.
• Guide customers in selecting the right parts using strong product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team to sustain positive customer experiences.
