Job summary

HOLT Truck Centers Pflugerville is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative 2 to provide friendly, accurate parts service and efficiently process customer transactions.

This role supports internal and external customers, participates in sales programs, keeps product data current, and may handle after-hours call-outs. A High School diploma and 3–5 years of customer service are required.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards Holt's Values Based Leadership (VBL).
• Complete all parts transactions for internal/external customers accurately and timely.
• Participate in sales programs sponsored by Holt and suppliers.
• Keep product information systems current and updated.
• Assume turn in after-hour call out rotation for customer needs.
• Performs other duties assigned.
