Job summary

TRU LAND Equipment is seeking a parts counter associate to support customers at our Indiana location. You will provide courteous, knowledgeable service, process orders, and help keep the showroom and stockroom organized.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and willingness to work extended hours including weekends. Prior parts or sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Agriculture degree preferred.
• 1+ years Parts experience or related sales/service.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 75 pounds; forklift experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter, on the phone, and internally.
• Meets or exceeds monthly sales goals.
• Process orders accurately and communicate pickup/delivery status.
• Maintain inventory integrity with cycle counts and stockroom upkeep.
• Assist with showroom displays and keeping the parts area clean.
