Today, Koch Air has eleven branch locations, 35 delivery vehicles, and more than 300,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest.

Position Overview

Do you enjoy working with customers? Koch Air is seeking an experienced individual to join our Parts Counter team at our Louisville branch. This role involves direct interaction with customers purchasing HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. The Parts Counter team member will:

1. Provide excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone
2. Increase parts and supplies sales by soliciting repeat orders, recommending products, and educating customers on Koch Air’s full product line or attracting new customers
3. Monitor orders to ensure proper signatures, accurate information, and all required paperwork are supplied. Take proactive measures at initial order entry to ensure accuracy
4. Process customer orders and provide product information as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years HVAC inside sales experience, or 4 years HVAC field experience, or sales experience in a related industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in PC usage
