JX Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Parts Counter Representative in Mineral Point, WI to deliver excellent customer service. You will greet customers, assist with retail orders, and help mechanics by locating parts. You will learn company systems and participate in basic inventory tasks on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Zero years of experience is acceptable; preferred 1+ year in a similar role.
• Strong customer service and basic computer skills are expected.
• Physical work includes lifting up to 75 pounds and movement as described.

• Assist with retail order fulfillment, billing, and inventory returns.
• Learn navigation of company systems and E-Portal programs.
• Support mechanics by locating parts in inventory.
• Perform basic physical inventory tasks under supervision.
• Collaborate with team to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

• Greet customers in-person and over the phone with basic inquiries.
• Learn and assist with retail order fulfillment, billing, and inventory returns.
• Learn basic navigation of company Business Systems and E-Portal programs.
• Support mechanics by locating parts in inventory.
• Perform basic physical inventory functions under supervision.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level zero (0) years of experience.
• Prefer minimum of one (1) + year(s) of experience.
• Basic customer service skills and intermediate computer proficiency.
• The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; working in areas with fumes or airborne particles; vibration.
