Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Parts Counter Representative in Wausau, WI to deliver friendly, accurate customer service while assisting with parts lookup, order fulfillment, billing, and inventory returns.

Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - Midnight. The role includes a 15% shift premium for eligible hours, with opportunities to grow in a family‑owned company that values its employees and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level 0 years of experience; 1+ year preferred.
• Basic customer service skills and intermediate computer proficiency.
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in environments with fumes or airborne particles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-person and over the phone with inquiries.
• Assist with retail order fulfillment, billing, and inventory returns.
• Learn navigation of company Business Systems and E-Portal programs.
• Support mechanics by locating parts in inventory.
• Perform basic physical inventory functions under supervision.
• Collaborate with team to create positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties to support business needs.

Your Next Big Career Move: Parts Counter Representative located in Wausau, WI.

Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - Midnight

Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level zero (0) years of experience.
• Prefer minimum of one (1) + year(s) of experience.
• Basic customer service skills and intermediate computer proficiency.
• The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; working in areas with fumes or airborne particles; vibration.
