Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Parts Counter Representative to deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter and to support shop jobs. You will process parts orders, locate parts from vendors, and assist service technicians in acquiring the right parts.

You will guide customers in selecting parts with our knowledgeable team, work closely with colleagues to ensure timely deliveries, and contribute to a positive, growth‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience.
• 3 years of Automotive or truck parts related experience.
• Understands and can identify common commodity parts.
• Able to perform accurate cycle-counts.
• Able to order and check-in parts orders.
• Intermediate Computer skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Mindset: A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers, including assisting service technicians with acquiring parts.
• Utilize strong product knowledge to guide customers in selecting the right parts for their needs, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business

• Accurately process parts orders, ensuring the correct parts are selected and available for customers while adhering to delivery timelines.
