Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Parts Counter Representative in Wausau, WI. Expect to greet customers, handle retail orders, assist billing, and locate parts in inventory with a team that values service and efficiency.

Shift: Monday–Friday 3:30pm–Midnight. A 15% shift differential applies to evenings and weekends. This role offers growth within a long-standing, family-owned business with over 50 years of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level 0 years experience; prefer 1+ year.
• Basic customer service and intermediate computer proficiency.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and performing stocking duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-person and over the phone.
• Assist with retail order fulfillment, billing, and inventory returns.
• Learn basic navigation of company Business Systems and E-Portal programs.
• Support mechanics by locating parts in inventory.
• Perform basic physical inventory functions under supervision.
• Collaborate with team to ensure positive customer experiences.

Your Next Big Career Move: Parts Counter Representative located in Wausau, WI.

Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - Midnight

Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level zero (0) years of experience.
• Prefer minimum of one (1) + year(s) of experience.
• Basic customer service skills and intermediate computer proficiency.
• The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; working in areas with fumes or airborne particles; vibration.
