Responsabilidades

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting parts and suggest companion requirements.
• Pull purchased parts from stock.
• If the part is not in stock, determine availability and submit an emergency order if requested by the customer.
• Answer phone calls with price quotes and information.
• Assist outside sales reps with their orders.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Notify customer re: ordered parts and restock returns, cores.
• Maintain friendly, professional service with customers in person and on the phone.
