Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a parts counter, automotive, or related retail role.
• DealerTrack experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, positive demeanor.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and technicians find exactly the right parts for the job.
• Answer calls, provide price quotes, and share info with a friendly, knowledgeable touch.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing line up correctly.
• Keep display cases and counters organized and well-stocked.
• Pull and fill orders from stock, and keep paperwork moving efficiently.
• Flag out-of-stock parts or shop materials to the Parts Manager so nothing holds up the team.
