Job summary

Flatirons Subaru in Boulder, CO is seeking a Parts Counter Representative to help customers and technicians find the right parts, answer calls, and provide price quotes with a friendly, knowledgeable touch.

You will review body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing align, keep displays stocked, and pull orders from stock while keeping paperwork moving smoothly. Join a team that values organized, attentive service and community involvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a parts counter, automotive, or related retail role.
• DealerTrack experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, positive demeanor.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and phone skills.

• Pay Range: $39,520-45,760

A Day in This Role

• Make sure all internal parts requests are properly billed to the service repair order
