Job summary

Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise is seeking an Automotive Parts Counter Associate in Boise, ID.

You will assist customers over the counter, by phone, and through the shop, helping them select the right parts while maintaining strong product knowledge and a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include quoting prices, pulling parts from stock, coordinating with the body shop, and ensuring accurate billing on service repair orders.

Qualifications

• Assist all customers in selecting required parts over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, exposing them to the full product line.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders from stock and manage back-ordered items.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts and daily inventory replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts to customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensure exposure to full product line.
• Pull orders and ensure parts are tagged with customer names and job numbers.
• Assist outside sales reps with their orders.
• Ensure all parts are billed on service repair orders.
