Job summary

Twin Falls Subaru is seeking two parts-counter teammates to keep the flow of parts moving in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will help walk-in and phone customers, look up catalog parts, and ensure the correct part numbers are used on every order.

You will pull, stage, and track parts for technicians, handle special orders, and maintain organized stock in a busy parts room. Experience isn’t required for everyone—training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with real accuracy in part descriptions
• Organized and quick with numbers and catalog lookup
• Good with people and able to communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers to find the right part
• Look up parts in Subaru catalog and system; ensure correct numbers
• Pull and stage parts for technicians to keep jobs moving
• Place and track special orders per process; notify customers
• Receive stock and organize back-counter; maintain clean shelves
• Handle returns, cores, and credits; track inventory
• Support inventory counts and suggest parts to stock
• Collaborate with service advisors and techs throughout the day
