Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a parts counter associate to support shop mechanics and customers at our local location. You will answer parts phone calls, assist customers with their parts needs, and issue parts to shop staff.

You will place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts and research back-orders. The ideal candidate shows mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with product line.
• Customer service skills to assist customers.
• Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to learn new systems.
