Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Parts Counter Attendant to handle phone inquiries, assist customers with parts requirements, and issue parts to shop mechanics at our Pennsylvania locations.

You will place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts, use parts databases, research back-orders, and check customer credit status to ensure smooth service delivery. Experience in a dealer environment is preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn product line.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to learn new systems.

Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
