Job summary

Atlantic Coast Toyotalift is seeking a Parts Coordinator to provide superior customer service via walk-in, phone, and email interactions. You will work with technicians to fulfill parts for repairs and provide timely follow-up to customers on parts order status.

Additionally, you will offer feedback to the Corporate Parts Manager on reorder points and parts sales, supporting effective inventory control and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working parts orders (automotive, industrial, construction) is preferable.
• Experience with heavy equipment or forklift parts helps but can be taught.
• Computer experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, and various vendor portals.
• Desire to help customers and technicians get equipment repaired and running in a timely manner.
• Working knowledge of reading schematics, blueprints, etc.
• Willingness to learn and think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to customers via walk-in, phone and email interactions.
• Work with technicians in fulfilling parts' needs for repairs.
• Provide follow-up to customers on the status of parts orders.
