Job summary

Atlantic Coast Toyotalift in Rocky Mount, VA is hiring a Parts Coordinator to deliver superior customer service via walk-in, phone and email, and to support technicians with parts for repairs.

You will follow up on orders, work with vendors, and provide feedback on reorder points and parts sales to help keep equipment running.

Candidates should have experience with parts orders and basic computer skills; forklift parts familiarity is a plus and a willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working parts orders (automotive, industrial, construction, etc.) is preferable.
• Experience with heavy equipment or forklift parts definitely helps but this can be taught.
• Computer experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, and various vendor portals.
• Desire to help our customers and technicians get equipment repaired and running in a timely manner.
• Working knowledge of reading schematics, blueprints, etc.
• Willingness to learn and think outside the box.

Salary Description $20- $23.50
