Job summary

Atlantic Coast Toyotalift is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver top-notch customer service through walk-in, phone, and email contacts. You will assist technicians with parts for repairs and follow up on order status to keep customers informed.

Additionally, you will provide feedback on reorder points and parts sales to help the Corporate Parts Manager optimize inventory and service levels.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working parts orders (automotive, industrial, construction, etc.) is preferable
• Experience with heavy equipment or forklift parts helps but can be taught
• Computer experience including Word, Excel, Outlook, and various vendor portals
• Desire to help our customers and technicians get equipment repaired and running in a timely manner
• Working knowledge of reading schematics, blueprints, etc.
• Willingness to learn and think outside the box

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to customers via walk-in, phone and email interactions
• Work with technicians in fulfilling parts' needs for repairs
• Provide follow-up to customers on the status of parts orders
• Provide Corporate Parts Manager with feedback on reorder points, parts sales, etc.
