Job summary

Toyota Lift Northwest is seeking a Parts Specialist to handle calls from customers and technicians, process parts orders, and manage inventory with strong attention to costs and quality control.

The successful candidate will navigate parts manuals and vendor communications, assisting with stock replenishment and supporting the Parts Department to maintain seamless service for client operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take calls from external customers, technicians, and vendors and fill orders from stock.
• Research replacement parts using parts manuals, computer listings, or microfiche as appropriate.
• Advise customers on substitutions when replacements are not available.
• Prepare Sales Orders for invoicing and process payments with credit authorization when needed.
• Participate in inventories and cycle counts and maintain accurate records.
