• Label, organize, and stage parts by repair order for production.
• Deliver or stage parts for technicians according to schedules.
• Track backorders and communicate delays to the team and vendors.
• Ensure parts issued are billed to the correct repair order and document returns.
• Help monitor inventory and reduce missing parts or delays.
