Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You’ll verify accuracy and quality of parts against the production schedule and vehicle needs to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain timely parts flow, update MIS records, and document parts invoices while supporting WOW goals and repair timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating parts for repair orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Ability to verify parts accuracy, quality, and quantity using MIS or similar systems.
• Strong communication with vendors and internal teams to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently across the parts process.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts from vendors, verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop in line with the production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track price changes with the team.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicles/scheduled repairs.
