The Boyd Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Columbia, SC to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for repair orders. You will verify part accuracy, support the production schedule, and ensure timely parts availability for the shop.

Responsibilities include processing invoices in the MIS, tracking parts with RO numbers, and communicating price changes. Requires 1–3+ years in auto parts and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• I-Car Registered, working toward Gold Class is a plus.
• Experience with automotive parts and customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure WOW plan execution and quality customer service.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders and confirm quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter invoices into the MIS and track parts invoices.
• Label and track parts by RO number; communicate price changes.
• Monitor supplier invoices and ensure discounts are applied.
• Maintain scanning and filing of invoices and memos.
