Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of automotive parts experience; auto body parts bonus.
• Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts from vendors per repair orders.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number; communicate price changes.
• Manage MIS for supplemental parts; reconcile vendor invoices.
• Post and file invoices and credit memos timely.
• Verify negotiated discounts to maintain margins.
