You will coordinate receiving, inspection, and returns, while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate credits, with close collaboration with technicians and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating parts orders with vendors and tracking open orders.
• Ability to inspect shipments and verify parts against invoices.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate inventory and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with processing returns and securing credits with vendors.
• Strong liaison skills between suppliers, customers, and technicians.
