Responsibilities include handling calls/emails, identifying parts, issuing quotes, and processing orders while rotating after-hours/weekend support. A high school diploma and strong organizational skills are required.

• Communicate technical information clearly via phone and email.
• Support after-hours and weekend emergency parts coverage on a rotating basis.
• Follow standardized work processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to support a fast-paced call center environment.

Job description

• Primary Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Flexibility Required: One late shift per week (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
• On-Call Rotation: After-hours/weekend emergency coverage (approximately one weekend every 5 weeks)

$18/hr

• Experience interpreting technical information (such as bills of materials)
• Familiarity with international shipping workflows and trade documentation
