This hands-on role combines warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, and ERP system administration to ensure parts are received, stored, and shipped accurately. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and works independently with minimal supervision while supporting technicians and other departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, inventory, or parts dept role.
• Experience using an ERP system preferred.
• Basic purchasing and vendor management experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of start date.
• Must be able to lift 50–70 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Self-starter with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments and pickups.
• Staging parts for Tech jobs.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and properly stock parts.
• Coordinate and execute transfers of parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse and ERP system.
• Assist with purchasing: create purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and source parts as needed.
• Update and maintain parts pricing, costs, and master data within the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and returns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) as needed.
• Ship parts via FedEx, UPS, LTL carriers.
• Provide exceptional internal customer service to technicians and other departments.

This hands‑on position combines warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, and ERP system administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes initiative, works independently with minimal supervision, and enjoys ensuring parts are accurately received, stored, shipped, and available when needed.

Part Time: 20 hours per week onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments and pickups

Requirements

• Experience using an ERP system strongly preferred
• Basic purchasing and vendor management experience is a plus

• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. regularly and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
