• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
• Will be required to wear a dealership provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and customers in selecting parts, suggest companions, and present full product lines.
• Pull purchased parts from stock.
• Check stock and place emergency orders if needed.
• Answer calls promptly with price quotes and info.
• Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Notify customers about orders and restocks.
• Maintain friendly, professional service with customers.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Parts Back Counter Representative Responsibilities Include: Assist technicians and customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Pull purchased parts from stock
• If the part is not in stock, determine availability and submit an emergency order if requested by the customer.
• Answer phone calls in a timely manner, providing price quotes and other information.
• Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Notify customer re: ordered parts, promptly restock returns, cores.
• Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person
