Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and customers in selecting required parts and suggest related items.
• Pull purchased parts from stock.
• Check stock and submit emergency orders if needed.
• Answer phone calls with price quotes and information.
• Assist outside sales reps with their orders.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup.
• Notify customers about order status and restock.
• Be friendly, professional, and efficient with customers in person and on the phone.
