Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a unit of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a warehouse associate in Texas to load/unload tires and auto parts and maintain inventory.

Core hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with Saturday overtime and peak-season mandatory overtime. Weekly pay and benefits begin day one. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, using scanners, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (80 lbs with assistance).

Qualifications

• 18 years or older (required for powered equipment).
• 1+ year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Team player who follows instructions and safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and order-picking equipment to load/unload and stock tires and auto parts.
• Use scanners to locate, put away, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Lift 50 lbs repeatedly; lift up to 80 lbs on occasion with team or mechanical assist.
• Exert up to 40 lbs of push force when working with barrels or industrial/ag tires.
• Work at rack heights of about 25 feet while following safety practices.
• Stay active on your feet for most of the shift and support overtime needs.
• Assist e‑commerce, inventory, or will‑call when business priorities shift.
• Follow all safety policies, state/federal transportation regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
