Job summary

Marlen International, headquartered in Riverside, MO, is seeking a Parts Manager to lead its aftermarket parts organization within the Lifecycle Services leadership team. You will drive revenue growth, improve margins, and optimize customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

You will oversee forecasting, pricing analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across materials, shipping, engineering, marketing, and sales to execute strategy and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technical or business field preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and accountability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in OEM / capital equipment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides commercial leadership for all of Marlen’s aftermarket parts activities.
• Functions as a member of Marlen’s Lifecycle Services leadership team.
• Grow revenue, increase margins, and optimize customer satisfaction while controlling costs.
• Forecasts parts business performance and analyzes market opportunities.
• Develops cross-functional relationships to execute strategy and share best practices.
• Manages parts business pricing, quoting, order entry, and shipment processes.
