Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, label, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and clean storage areas.
• Communicate with vendors regarding parts availability and lead times.
• Document parts transactions in the dealership management system (DMS).
• Support service and sales departments by ensuring parts are available when needed.
• Keep knowledge of inventory, pricing, and manufacturer updates current.
• Assist with inventory counts and stocking procedures.
