Allen Turner Automotive is seeking Automotive Service Advisors in Auburn, AL. You will be the primary contact between customers and the service department, explaining needs, recommending maintenance, and guiding the service experience from check-in to delivery.

Qualifications

• One+ years of customer service or Service Advisor experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally while building lasting relationships.
• Document vehicle concerns accurately by listening to customers.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and provide clear estimates.
• Communicate timelines and costs to customers.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Service Advisor at one of our Auburn dealerships, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. You'll help customers understand their vehicle’s needs, recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs, and provide a smooth service experience from check‑in through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers promptly and professionally while building lasting relationships
• Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issues
• Recommending maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
• Preparing accurate repair orders and providing clear estimates for services
• Communicating repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
• Following up with customers throughout the repair process and after service to ensure satisfactionMaintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Working closely with the service team to achieve customer satisfaction and department goals
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Performing other duties as assigned
