Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula is seeking a skilled Service Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems, perform maintenance, and ensure high-quality workmanship. You will use diagnostic tools and collaborate with service advisors to clearly communicate repair needs and timing to customers.

Open to experienced technicians, ASE certification is a plus but not required. We value ongoing learning, teamwork, and a commitment to exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership

• Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
• Perform high‑quality vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Use diagnostic equipment to ensure quick and accurate problem identification.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about maintenance and repair needs and procedures.
• Stay up to date with automotive technology and techniques through continuous learning and training.

Service Technician Pay Range: $25 - $40 per flat rate hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift. Department Hours: Monday through Saturday; 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
