Job summary

Wade Ford is seeking a Parts Advisor to supply vehicle parts and merchandise while delivering exceptional customer service. You will answer calls, greet customers and vendors, and work with the Service Team to coordinate parts for repairs.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, processing warranties and returns, and ensuring a clean, professional counter area. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with preferred prior parts advisory experience.

Qualifications

• Previous parts advisor experience preferred.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers with exceptional service.
• Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors professionally.
• Maintain clean and organized counter, stockroom and part area.
• Coordinate parts with Service Team for repairs and service needs.
• Receive, store and track parts inventory; process warranties and returns.
