Prestige Toyota of Ramsey in Ramsey, NJ is seeking a Parts Advisor for an on-site role. You will provide vehicle parts and merchandise, greet customers and vendors, and coordinate with the Service Team to ensure timely parts for repairs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year parts advisor experience, basic automotive knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years parts advisor experience, preferable.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• Automotive dealership service experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering exceptional service.
• Answer the telephone, greet customers and vendors, and coordinate with Service Team.
• Maintain clean counter, stockroom and inventory records; process core returns and warranties.
