Job summary

Lithia & Driveway (Audi St. Paul) is seeking a Parts Advisor to support our premium luxury brand onsite and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will greet customers and vendors, coordinate parts with the Service Team, and manage inventory while earning hourly pay plus commission on parts gross. Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays. Competitive benefits and total rewards available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous parts advisor experience.
• Understand basic automotive components and systems.
• 1+ years of Automotive dealership service experience.
• Automotive certifications or school education.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain clean appearance of counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Interact with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.
• Takes inventory, maintain records of goods received and keeps perpetual inventory controls.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns as necessary.

Pay

• Hourly $18-$22 + percentage of parts gross

What You'll Do

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Hourly Rate ranging $18-$22 with commission. 30 day probation before commission can be earned

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
