Job summary

Keyes Lexus of Valencia is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our busy service and parts team. This full-time, year-round role focuses on supplying the correct parts for technicians and customers, processing orders, and maintaining inventory.

Ideally you have 1+ years in automotive parts, dealership experience, and familiarity with parts catalogs and CDK. A valid driver's license and reliable driving record are required.

• Previous dealership parts counter experience.
• Knowledge of parts catalogs and inventory systems (CDK experience).

Responsibilities

• Provide the correct parts for technicians and customers.
• Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with incoming shipments.
• Communicate parts availability, pricing, and order status to customers and teams.
• Use dealership catalogs and systems to locate and order parts.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Department Gross, Individual Gross, and Bonuses based on Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
