Job summary

Keyes Lexus of Valencia in Valencia, CA is seeking a lube technician to join our service team. This entry‑level position provides hands-on experience performing routine maintenance and learning automotive diagnostics while delivering the premium Lexus customer experience.

No prior automotive maintenance experience required; basic knowledge is welcome. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, inspections, and communicate concerns to Service Advisors in a professional dealership

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
• No prior automotive maintenance experience required, basic knowledge acceptable.
• Able to safely operate automotive tools and shop equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services.
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic tire services.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Communicate identified vehicle concerns to Service Advisors and technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete services according to dealership and manufacturer standards.

Pay: $20.00 hourly

Schedule: 5-day work week with Sunday and 1 rotating weekday off

What You'll Do

Total Rewards

The California pay range for this position is $20.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
