Job summary

Lexus of Orange County is hiring Service Advisors to deliver a premium luxury customer experience in a fast-paced, high-performance setting. You will liaison between customers and technicians, develop estimates, and write accurate repair orders that reflect customer needs and technician recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years in service advisory, solid automotive knowledge, and excellent communication with a proven CSI track record. Competitive pay with performance incentives available.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Service Advisor experience; Lexus experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Solid automotive service knowledge; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator between customer and technician.
• Develop repair estimates including labor, parts, and deductibles.
• Write accurate repair orders based on customer needs and technician recommendations.
• Deliver a premium luxury customer experience daily.
• Present inspection results confidently to close work and maximize value.
• Drive strong customer-pay labor per RO and gross performance.
• Maintain CSI, retention, and revenue metrics.
• Execute warranty and service processes.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual sales and gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
