Job summary

Fraza in Rochester Hills, MI seeks a parts warehouse associate to support field technicians and advisors by ordering parts and assisting with warehouse duties.

You will help customers identify parts, manage inventory, and process orders while collaborating with technicians to fulfill work requests.

Qualifications

• Assists customers to identify and procure correct parts for work orders.
• Proficient in inventory control within a parts warehouse.
• Ability to assist with receiving, stocking, and fulfillment of orders.
• Familiarity with online catalogs and order research.

This position works closely with the Field Service Technician and Advisors to order parts and facilitate delivery to customers while also assisting with general parts warehouse duties.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Passion to bring strong customer focus to daily operations
• Ability to navigate a variety of online parts catalog systems
• High proficiency with learning online systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
